Spa Reservations

We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment is available. Bookings made upon day of service and walk in appointments are always welcome based upon availability.
Arriving at the Spa
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment booking time – parking is free located opposite the hotel please collect a parking permit from main reception.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve harmony within the Spa, kindly turn off your mobile phone.
We recommend the use of bathing suits and kindly request you wear swimwear as these are not provided.
Health Concerns
On arrival at the Spa you will be given a health consultation card to fill in. Please inform the Spa of any allergies or medical conditions. Some treatments are cautioned for certain conditions
Late arrivals
Please keep in mind, arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied so as to not inconvenience other guests.
Gift Certificates
Waves Spa gift certificates are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, Spa day/breaks, bridal packages or retail products.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking for spas days or breaks.
24 hours notice required prior to treatment day for any changes or cancellation.
Appointments cancelled 12 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge (deposit paid)
Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 100% charge.
