Waves Spa is an idyllic destination for an indulgent, relaxing, coastal Spa Break.
Escaping today’s stress related society, enjoy a luxury break away experiencing Waves Spa. All Spa breaks include an overnight stay and Lunch in our Leisure lounge or Raffles bar and terrace. On arrival allow a member of our friendly reception team to check you in and guide you to your room where you will find your robe, slippers, and a bottle of water so you’re all set to enjoy the Spa in ultimate comfort.
Our Spa Is home to 3 luxury treatment rooms and a relaxation room with candles, soft lighting, calming music, herbal tea and ice water. During your stay you will have full access to the Spa facilities – a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, heated mosaic loungers, hydrotherapy pool, hydrotherapy showers, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
From the moment you make your way into the spa, you enter a world of total tranquillity. Our highly trained therapist will ease you into a sense of total relaxation in the tranquil ambience.
We have the sole aim to uncover tranquillity for each and every guest, offering bespoke treatments for an individual experience, The Natural Spa Factory products.
After a truly indulgent day reside to your bedroom and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in one of our comfortable beds. Wake up to a delicious Full English and Continental Breakfast in our Headland Restaurant with panoramic views of the Cornish coast line and Looe bay.

Our Escape to the Ocean Signature Treatment
Designed with our beautiful coastline in mind our signature treatment begins with a light body brush followed by a peppermint and marine extract salt scrub to remove dead skin cells and prepare your skin to allow deeper penetration of our nourishing products. Your therapist will then guide you to your shower to remove the excess, as you return your body will be massaged into a state of pure relaxation with our seaweed oil followed by a deeply relaxing scalp massage, perfect for detoxing after an indulgent holiday.
